As Chief Operating Officer of RZH Advisors, he leads the firm’s operational strategy, ensuring that infrastructure, technology, and processes are thoughtfully aligned to support growth while maintaining the highest standards of service.

Working closely with the Client Service team, Jean Paul is responsible for optimizing workflows, strengthening internal controls, and implementing solutions that allow the firm to serve high-net-worth individuals and families. His approach combines disciplined process management with forward-thinking technology integration—helping RZH deliver thoughtful, customized guidance to every client.

He actively collaborates with industry peers and Operations and Compliance leaders nationwide, staying at the forefront of regulatory developments, operational best practices, and emerging technologies that help enhance firm efficiency and client outcomes.

Jean Paul earned his degree in Finance from the University of Connecticut. Outside the office, he enjoys fitness, traveling, and spending time with family and friends. He is actively involved in his local Lebanese community and enjoys tackling challenges—whether in business or solving a Rubik’s Cube!
