Jean Paul has over 10 years experience optimizing operations for firms within the wealth management industry and brings a fresh perspective to RZH’s operational side of the business. He works closely with the Client Service team, ensuring that all of our systems, resources, and people are working efficiently to benefit our clients and deliver superior client service.

As the firm’s Chief Operating Officer, Jean Paul manages all aspects of RZH’s operations to identify opportunities to scale and systematize processes ensuring capacity for our firm’s continued growth. He is involved in many industry groups and often collaborates with other Operations and Compliance leaders, ensuring he remains educated on new technology offerings and legal and regulatory changes.

Jean Paul graduated from the University of Connecticut with a degree in finance. He spends his free time working out, spending time with friends and family and traveling. He is also incredibly involved in his local Lebanese community. Bet you would never guess that less than 5.8% of the world population can solve the Rubik’s Cube and Jean Paul is one of them!
